Airflow test using a flowhood.
Airflow test using a flowhood.

Airflow testing is the first step in the refrigerant verification process. We want to make sure the air conditioning system is pulling enough airflow across the evaporator coil to ensure proper heat transfer and comfort in the home.

Refrigerant verifications are something we spend a lot of time training on. There are a lot of variables in the process and we want to make sure we give the most accurate results. Our staff utilizes high end digital manifolds to check the charge on every system. The fact we have prior HVAC service industry experience, helps us give any recommendations if there are any issues with the cycle we find, which in turn can get the system verified in a very quick manner.

Once we verify the system is cooling to manufacturer specifications, we can proceed to the certification process.
